Midget Elite Championship

The Red Deer Sutter Fund Midget Elite Hockey Team just took home the Provincial Gold Medal this past weekend in Sherwood Park, AB.

The team went undefeated with 4 wins and 1 tie throughout the tournament and Danica Polson led the tournament in scoring. Please see below for link to the provincial site

 This marked the end to a very successful season the athletes had. The team had not lost a game in 2017 and finished the regular season tied for a league best record of 23-3 in the AFHL. The Chiefs also won a silver medal in the AAA Division of the Haley Wickenheiser Tournament in November.
