Non-resident players are required to pay a non refundable tryout fee upon registration.
Registration deadline is May 31st.
After May 31st late penalties will be assessed: June late fee $25.00, July late fee $50.00, and August late fee $75.00.
The first fee installment plus non-resident fee must be paid upon making a team. The second installment of fees is due prior to October 31st.
A Notification of Tryout Form must be accompanied with registration. This form must be signed by the player's home association (LMHA) and submitted into the RDMH.
Forms must be completed in full for registration to be complete.
Completed forms can be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed into 403-347-0311.
AAA tryouts start around the Labour day long weekend. Tryout groupings and times will be available on the RDMH website in mid August.
Players should keep themselves informed and up to date via the website. Short turn around times can be expected for players selected to continue on to session 3 and selected to participate in Black and White games. Final rosters will be posted on the website.
Non-Resident (Import) players will be released back to their home association at the end of each season if not selected to continue.
Players are required to submit a new Notification of tryout form signed by their home association at the beginning of each season.
Elite Waiver forms are required in addition to N.O.T. forms in situations where players have already been released from their zone team, but wish to tryout for an alternate.
