U13 Radisson Win CAHL Tier 2 Championship

Mar. 15, 2022

The Red Deer Radisson Chiefs battled hard to win the U13 Tier 2 Red Championship of the Central Alberta Hockey League.
The Radisson Chiefs placed first in their tier earning a bye in the first round of playoffs.
It took all 3 games in the best of 3 series to defeat the Rocky Mountain Athletic Association and send the Chiefs to the final round versus Stettler. It was a packed house in Red Deer on Sunday night (March 13) to witness Red Deer win a thriller 2-1 to take home the Banner.
The continued success of this team is thanks to the player’s hard work and dedication.
The team is led by head coach Curtis Lansing and assistant coaches Trent Hunter, Casey Setters and Dave Soloway.
The Red Deer Radisson Chiefs season continues with two away games this upcoming weekend against Innisfail and Okotoks to determine who moves on to the Provincial Championships March 31-April 3!
