Affiliation Requests 

Key Rules

• Can affiliation to multiple divisions; one tiered team only

• 10-game maximum (unless player’s season is complete)

• Always be sure you are following your league affiliation rule to using an affiliate

When Requests Are Allowed

• After Oct 5

• No tiering teams requests until tiering is complete (emergency only)

Tiered (A/B/C)

• Same tiered teams requesting same player: requests reviewed and shared equally

• Outside CAHL affiliation requests requires CAHL approval before using

• CAHL League requires a form to be completed each time an affiliate is used

Player Affliation Emergency Request

• Reviewed only if short 3+ players 

• Fill out affiliation form

• Include game date(s) and reason for affiliation request

How to Submit

• Check eligibility in Affiliation Tool

• Get Coach and Family approval for Player to Affiliate

• Complete Affiliation Request Form

• Do not use player until you have received a roster with player on it
